     Your tribute tree plantings will help to restore part of a historic longleaf pine ecosystem that has been reduced to a small percentage of its former range. The new trees will improve the wildlife habitat for endangered species such as the Red-cockaded woodpecker, as well as the outdoor/recreational experience for the visitors of Mississippi's forests.
